engineered materials, is pleased to announce The Notice of the Annual General
Meeting (to be held at 10a.m. On 3rd March 2026 at the offices of Reynolds
Porter Chamberlain LLP, Towel Bridge House, St Katharine's way, London E1W AA)
and the Form of Proxy have been sent over to shareholders of the company.

 

The Notice of the Annual General Meeting and the Form of Proxy have been
submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for
