2024 at the offices of Reynolds Porter Chamberlain, Tower Bridge House, St
Katherine's Way, London E1W AA) and the Form of Proxy have been sent to
shareholders of the Company.

 

The Notice of the Annual General Meeting and the Form of Proxy have been
submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for
