BSF Enterprise (BSFE), through its 3D Bio-Tissues (3DBT) subsidiary, is
transforming the biotech landscape with innovative technologies that include
scaffold-free tissue engineered materials and patented macromolecular
crowders, used as media additives to optimize cell growth.

The Company is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General
Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions proposed were duly passed by
shareholders by way of a poll, the results of which were as follows:
