as 18.22% to 169.65 rupees, hitting a record high
    ** Stock rises for a second straight session
    ** More than 710,000 shares traded by 0942 GMT, 12.6 times
their 30-day avg of 56,540 shares
    ** BSLL last up nearly 17%
    ** Stock up 25.44% YTD, as of last close
