1.3% at C$15.45
    ** Co acquires Aura 36Hundred Apartments, a new garden-style
residential community, for $93.8 mln
    ** The property is expected to add to the REIT's adjusted
funds from operations per unit in the first 90 days of ownership
- HOMu
    ** The transaction was funded through $51 mln in mortgage
debt, a drawdown of $41 mln from a credit facility and $2 mln of
cash on hand
    ** Stock up ~37% YTD
