Publication of Final Terms

The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

1) Final Terms dated 30 May 2025 in respect of an issue by BT of
€700,000,000

per cent. Notes due 3 January 2035 (the "EUR Notes"); and

2) Final Terms dated 30 May 2025 in respect of an issue by BT of £400,000,000
(https://www.londonstockexchange.com/news-article/RF99/publication-of-final-terms/16642808)
NC5.5 Capital Securities due December 2055 (the "GBP Notes").

Each of the EUR Notes and the GBP Notes, respectively, are to be issued under
the €20,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme established by BT.

The Final Terms in respect of the EUR Notes and the Final Terms in respect of
the GBP Notes, respectively, must each be read in conjunction with the
Prospectus dated 7 June 2024, as supplemented by the Supplements dated 9
August 2024, 12 August 2024, 31 January 2025 and 23 May 2025, including all
documents incorporated by reference (together, the "Prospectus"), which
constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as
it forms part of United Kingdom domestic law by virtue of the European Union
(Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended, in order to obtain all the relevant
information.
