Publication of Supplement updating the Euro Medium Term Note Programme

The following Supplement has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority
and is available for viewing:

Supplement dated 21 March 2024 (the "Supplement") relating to the
€20,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of British
Telecommunications public limited company.

The Supplement incorporates by reference BT Group plc's Trading Update for the
nine months to 31 December 2023.
