Adam Crozier, Chairman of BT Group plc, will join the Board of Experian plc as
an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair designate from 12 May 2026,
and will become Chair following the conclusion of the Experian plc Annual
General Meeting on 22 July 2026.  Adam will also be a member of the Experian
Remuneration and Nomination and Corporate Governance Committees and Chair the
latter following the AGM.

 

Adam continues his role as BT Group Chairman.
