UK regulator probes BT, Three over summer outages

Dec 15 (Reuters) - Britain's telecom and media regulator Ofcom on Monday said it has launched investigations into broadband provider BT Group BT.L and Three following summer outages that disrupted mobile services nationwide, including emergency services.
