A$0.045, their highest levels since April 15
** The pooled development fund says its unit signed a
distribution agreement with Wexler Surgical
** BTC Health says, under deal, co is granted exclusive
sales and distribution rights for Wexler cardio-thoracic
surgical instruments in Australia and New Zealand
** Stock has fallen over 15% this year, as of last close
