** Biotechnology co says BTC Speciality Health entered into
distribution agreements with U.S.-based IZI Medical Products and
IZI's unit Ilumark GmbH
** Co says agreement grants BTC Speciality Health exclusive
rights to distribute IZI's and Ilumark's neuro-spinal medical
products in Australia and New Zealand
** Stock down ~30% YTD, as of last close
