    **  Biotechnology co says its unit entered into exclusive
distribution agreement with Micrel Medical Devices S.A.
    ** Says, agreement grants co exclusive rights to sell and
distribute Rhythm Evolution infusion pumps in Australia and New
Zealand 
    ** Stock down 2.7% YTD, as of last close
