Crypto stocks fall as Bitcoin drops below $50,000

** Shares of cryptocurrency and blockchain-related firms
fall premarket as Bitcoin  BTC=BTSP  drops 2.1% to $49,906.7 
    ** Bitcoin bank Silvergate Capital Corp  SI.N  down 3.9%
    ** Cryptocurrency miner Riot Blockchain  RIOT.O  down 3.5%
and Marathon Digital Holdings  MARA.O  lower by 2.4% 
    ** Shares of Overstock.com  OSTK.O , an online retailer and
blockchain tech investor, down 2.3%; shares of MicroStrategy Inc
 MSTR.O , a BTC buyer and business intelligence software firm,
fall 2.4%
    ** MSTR CEO Michael Saylor on Friday disclosed co held
~91,064 bitcoins bought for ~$2.196 bln at an average price of
~$24,119 per bitcoin 
    ** MSTR this year has issued hundreds of millions of dollars
in notes and used the proceeds to buy BTC
