    ** BUB says Chief Financial Officer Iris Ren has resigned
for "domestic reasons"; co appoints Robin Johnston as interim
CFO
    ** Earlier this month, BUB announced the termination of CEO
Kristy Carr due to "due to failure to comply with reasonable
Board directions"
    ** Over the past few months, several board members have left
the co; former chairperson Dennis Lin BUB's was replaced by
Katrina Rathie
    ** BUB stock down 33.3% this year, as of last close
