2.2% to A$0.24, biggest jump since March 30
    ** The dairy firm appoints Katrina Rathie, who joined the
board in July 2021, as new chair
    ** Says Dennis Lin will retire as executive chairman 
    ** Stock has fallen 23.3% this year as of last close
