 * Noted press reports today in relation to the group's shatin central link -diamond hill station joint venture project 
 * Says expects that the proposed withdrawal will not have any material impact on the financial position of the group 
 * Build king -group confirms that the execution of the project (which is now over 50% completion and is due for completion in 2017) remains on schedule 
 * Says group has received its share of distribution from the joint venture amounting to hk$27 million in total 
 * Noted press reports today in relation to proposed withdrawal of group's joint venture partner, sembawang engineers and constructors due to financial difficulties 
 * Clarifies proposed withdrawal of SEC is subject to consent of mtr corporation limited
