    -- Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borissov canceled a
planned meeting with Macedonian President Gjorge Ivanov during
his visit to Bulgaria after Ivanov's refusal to sign a landmark
deal to settle the name dispute between Macedonia and Greece
that has blocked Skopje's bid to join the European Union and
NATO (Sega, Monitor, Standart, Duma, Trud, 24 Chasa)
    STANDART - Bulgarian rose oil producer Bulgarian Rose said
it was holding talks to export rose oil and cosmetics with a
Chinese company for about 40 million levs  ($23.66 million) in a
long term.  
    -- Greek lender Eurobank  EURBr.AT , as well as small
Bulgarian lenders Investbank and Bulgarian American Credit
Bank 5BN.BB  have filed offers to acquire the Bulgarian unit of
Greek Piraeus Bank  BOPr.AT , banking sources familiar with the
