** Cryptocurrency exchange operator Bullish BLSH.N shares up 11.5% premarket

** Currently trading at $75.3 vs $37 IPO price

** Co valued at ~$13.16 billion in NYSE debut

** BLSH's debut is a rare U.S. listing by a crypto exchange, joining Coinbase COIN.O , the first crypto firm added to the S&P 500 .SPX index in May

** Co raised $1.11 billion in an upsized IPO by selling 30 million shares, above its already bumped-up marketed range

** BLSH, led by former NYSE president Tom Farley, runs an exchange offering spot crypto, futures, and derivatives trading

** JPMorgan, Jefferies, and Citigroup were the lead underwriters for the IPO
