Aug 13 (Reuters) - Bullish BLSH.N shares were indicated to open nearly 62% above the initial public offering price in their NYSE debut on Wednesday, potentially valuing the billionaire Peter Thiel-backed cryptocurrency exchange operator at $8.77 billion.
