JPMorgan and BMO raises PT on Bunge citing strong earnings outlook

** Brokerages JPMorgan and BMO Capital raises price targets on Bunge Global BG.N after the agri trader company announced its earnings outlook post Viterra deal closure

** Bunge completed its merger with Glencore-backed GLEN.L Viterra in July, two years after announcing the $34 billion mega-deal

** BG expects 2025 adj. EPS between $7.30 and $7.60, compared with $7.75 per share forecast earlier

** Both brokerages expects company's Viterra acquisition to strengthen its future earnings

** JPM analysts says the bank sees higher underlying earnings for a combined BG-Viterra than previously assumed, "though we also factor in a bit lower earnings growth in subsequent years"

** The brokerage expects company's profit to grow over next couple of years, driven by industry tailwind like higher U.S. biofuel blending mandates and internal gains from synergies and new capital projects

** Brokerage raises PT to $107 from $95

** "Viterra dilution fears prove overblown as 2H25 guidance demonstrates the benefits of BG's superior operational execution and global footprint," says BMO analyst Andrew Strelzik

** BMO raises PT to $110 from $95

** Up to last close, BG up 19.7% YTD
