The 2025 Annual General Meeting ("2025 AGM") will be held at 5 Broadgate,
London EC2M 2QS at 11.00 am on Wednesday 23 April 2025.

As required by the UK Listing Rules, copies of the 2024 Annual Report, the
Notice of AGM and a Form of Proxy for the 2025 AGM have been submitted to the
National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at
