Burberry Group plc (the "Company") -Block Listing
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 2,900,000 ordinary shares of 0.05p each in the Company to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority. These shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
The shares will be issued to satisfy the vesting of share awards and exercise of share options under the Burberry Senior Executive Restricted Share Plan 2004 (2,500,000 shares) and Burberry Group plc Savings-Related Share Option Scheme (400,000 shares).
