Burberry Group plc (the "Company") - Block Listing 
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 850,000 ordinary shares of 0.05p each in the Company to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority (the "Shares"). The Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
The Shares will be issued to satisfy the exercise of share options under the Burberry Group plc Savings-Related Share Option Scheme and are expected to be admitted to The Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange on 6 November 2017.
