BURBERRY GROUP PLC

SENIOR INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT

 

 

Burberry Group plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that
Orna NíChionna has been appointed as Senior Independent Director with effect
from 2 April 2022.  Orna has been an Independent Non-Executive Director since
3 January 2018, she is Chair of the Remuneration Committee and is a member of
the Nomination Committee.

 

Further to the announcement on 13 July 2021 the Company confirms that Dame
Carolyn McCall will retire as a Non-Executive Director on 2 April 2022.

 

This announcement is made in accordance with LR 9.6.11 R of the Listing Rules.
