Burberry Group plc - Board Committee Changes 
Burberry Group plc (the "Company") announces the following changes to the Chairs of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee.
Philip Bowman is to step down as Chair of the Audit Committee with effect from 1 August 2016 and will be succeeded by Jeremy Darroch.Philip Bowman will remain a member of the Audit Committee.
Ian Carter is to step down as Chair of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 1 August 2016 and will be succeeded by Fabiola Arredondo. Ian Carter will remain a member of the Remuneration Committee.
Sir John Peace, Chairman, said:
