Burberry Group plc - Board Committee Changes
Burberry Group plc (the "Company") announces that, following a review of the composition of the Board Committees, the following changes to Committee membership will be effective from 1 February 2017.
Audit Committee membership will be comprised of current members Jeremy Darroch (the Chair), Carolyn McCall and Matthew Key. Philip Bowman, Ian Carter, Stephanie George and Fabiola Arredondo will step down from this Committee.
Remuneration Committee membership will be comprised of current members Fabiola Arredondo (the Chair), Ian Carter, Philip Bowman and Stephanie George. Jeremy Darroch, Carolyn McCall and Matthew Key will step down from this Committee.
The membership of the Nomination Committee remains unchanged.
