Correction: Burberry Group plc (the "Company") - Director/PDMR Shareholding 
 
The following correction has been made to the 'Director/PDMR Shareholding'
announcement released on 24 May 2017 at 10.19am under RNS Number 0980G: 
 
Aggregate Total of £132,399.01 has been corrected to £133,358.40 and the time
of '8:45:33' has been corrected to '8:45:29'. All other details remain

The Company announces that it received notification on 23 May 2017 that Marco
Gentile, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities sold 7,560 Ordinary
Shares of 0.05 pence each in the Company ("Shares") on 23 May 2017 at a price
of 1764.00 pence per Share.
