Burberry Group plc (the "Company") - Notification in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.13 
 
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.13(1) of the UK Listing Authority Rules, the Company hereby makes the following disclosures in respect of directorships of publicly quoted companies currently held or held in the previous five years by Dr. Gerry Murphy, who will become Chairman of the Company on 17 May 2018.
 
Dr. Murphy is currently Chairman of Tate and Lyle plc and was previously a non-executive director of Intertrust N.V., British American Tobacco plc and Merlin Entertainments plc.
The Company confirms there is no further information to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13.
