Burberry Group plc (the "Company") - Director/PDMR Shareholding
Pursuant to DTR 3.1.4, the Company announces that it received notice of changes to the shareholdings of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") on 31 July 2014 as follows:
1. On 31 July 2014 the following PDMRs were awarded ordinary shares in the Company of 0.05p each ("Shares") under the Burberry Group plc International Free Share Plan 2003 ("IFSP") at nil cost:
