Burberry Group plc ("the Company") - Director/PDMR Shareholdings
Pursuant to Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2 the Company announces that on 20 August 2014 it was notified of the following changes in the interests of Christopher Bailey in the Ordinary Shares of 0.05p each in the Company ("Shares").
1. On 20 August 2014 Christopher Bailey exercised nil cost options under the Burberry Group plc Co-Investment Plan, granted on 7 June 2011, as follows:
