Burberry Group plc (the "Company") - Director/PDMR Shareholdings
The notifications listed below were received under Paragraph 3.1.2 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
The Company announces that it was notified on 18 June 2015 of changes in the interests of directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") in the Ordinary Shares of 0.05p each in the Company ("Shares"), as set out below.
1.  In accordance with the rules of the Burberry Group plc Sharesave Plan (the "Sharesave Plan"), on 18 June 2015 the directors and PDMRs named below have entered into three or five year savings contracts and been granted options over shares at an option price of 13.64 per Share.
