Pursuant to DTR 3.1.4, the Company announces that it received notification today that following the Interim Dividend payment on 22 January 2016, Equiniti Registrars purchased the following Ordinary Shares of 0.05 pence each in the Company ("Shares") for directors and their connected persons under the Dividend Reinvestment Plan at a price of 1191.457 pence per Share.
