Burberry Group plc (the "Company") - Director/PDMR Shareholdings
The Company announces that on 15 June 2017 Julie Brown, a director of the Company, was granted options over 1,294 ordinary shares of 0.05p each in the Company ("Shares") at an option price of 13.90 per Share in accordance with the rules of the Burberry Group plc Sharesave Plan 2011 (as amended) ("Options"). The Options will normally become exercisable on 1 September 2020.
