The Company announces that it was notified on 7 August 2017 that on 7 August 2017 Christopher Bailey, a director of the Company, exercised a nil cost option over 174,050 Ordinary Shares of 0.05p each in the Company ("Shares") granted to him on 14 June 2013as a Nil Cost Option Award(the "Exercise").
