Burberry Group plc (the "Company") - Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that it received notification on 30 January 2018 that Marco Gentile, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, exercised a nil cost option over 12,384 Ordinary Shares of 0.05p each in the Company ("Shares") granted to him on 18 November 2015 as a Nil Cost Option Award (the "Exercise").

Following this Exercise, and on the same day, Marco subsequentlysold 12,384 Shares, at a price of 16.0965 per Share. 5,858 of these Shares were to fund the tax and social security liabilities arising on the Exercise.
The Company was also notified on 30 January 2018 that Marco exercised 767 Shares granted to him on 12 June 2014 under the Restricted Share Plan 2004 ("RSP Exercise"). 
Following this RSP Exercise, and on the same day, Marco subsequently sold 767 Shares, at a price of 16.0800 per Share. 363 of these Shares were to fund the tax and social security liabilities arising on the Exercise.
