The Company announces that it received notification on 5 February 2018 that following the Interim Dividend payment on 2 February 2018, Equiniti Registrars purchased Ordinary Shares of 0.05 pence each in the Company ("Shares") on 2 February 2018 for the following directors and their closely associated persons ("CAPs") under the Dividend Reinvestment Plan at a price of 1572.30 pence per Share.
