The Company announces that it received notification on 6 August 2018 that following the Final Dividend payment on 3 August 2018, Equiniti Registrars purchased 37 Ordinary Shares of 0.05 pence each in the Company ("Share") on 3 August 2018 for Dame Carolyn McCall, a non-executive director of the Company, under the Dividend Reinvestment Plan at a price of 2103.94 pence per Share.
