Burberry Group plc (the "Company") - Director/PDMR Shareholding
 
The Company announces that it received notification on 28 January 2019 that Marco Gentile, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, exercised nil cost options over 12,385 Ordinary Shares of 0.05p each in the Company ("Shares") granted to him on 18 November 2015 under the Executive Share Plan 2014.
 
Following this exercise, and on the same day, Marco Gentile subsequently sold 12,385 Shares, at a price of £17.56 per Share, as set out below.
