The Company announces that it received notification on 4 February 2019 that following the Interim Dividend payment on 1 February 2019, Equiniti purchased Ordinary Shares of 0.05 pence each in the Company ("Shares") on 1 February 2019 for the following Non-Executive Director under a Dividend Reinvestment Plan at a price of 1828.32 pence per Share.
