Burberry Group plc (the "Company") - Director/PDMR Shareholding
 
The Company announces that it received notification on 18 August 2021 that Julie Brown, a director and person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), sold 23,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.05 pence each in the Company ("Shares") on 18 August 2021 at a price of £19.44801 pence per Share.
 
Following the sale Julie Brown continues to beneficially hold 132,598 Shares which is above the requirements of the Shareholding Policy of three times base salary.
