Burberry Group plc (the "Company") - Director/PDMR Shareholdings

 

The Company announces that it was notified on 10 December 2021 of changes in
the interests of directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities
("PDMRs") in the Ordinary Shares of 0.05p each in the Company ("Shares"), as
set out below.

 

On 10 December 2021, in accordance with the rules of the Burberry Group plc
Share Incentive Plan 2002 ("SIP") the director and PDMR named below were
granted Shares at nil-cost. The Share price used to calculate the number of
Shares granted was £18.4183:

On 10 December 2021, Gianluca Flore was also granted an option over 1,153
Shares at an option price of £15.60 per Share in accordance with the rules of
the Burberry Group plc Sharesave Plan 2011 (as amended) (the "Option"). The
Option will normally become exercisable on 1 February 2025.
