The Company announces that it received notification on Friday, 11 March 2022
that Matthew Key, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 3,140
Ordinary Shares of 0.05 pence each in the Company ("Shares") on Friday, 11
March 2022 at an aggregate price of 1580.83 pence per Share.
