Burberry Group plc (the "Company") - Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

The Company announces that it received notification on 30 November 2022 that
Julie Brown, a director and person discharging managerial responsibilities
("PDMR"), sold 16,000 ordinary shares of 0.05 pence each in the Company
("Shares") on 30 November 2022 at a price of £21.50 per Share.

 

Following the sale, Julie Brown continues to beneficially hold 123,389 Shares
which is above the requirements of the Shareholding Policy of three times base
salary.
