The Company announces that it received notification on Tuesday, 24 January
2023 that Debra Lee, a Non-Executive Director, purchased 505 Ordinary Shares
of 0.05 pence each in the Company ("Shares") on Tuesday, 24 January 2023 at an
aggregate price of 2374.00 pence per Share.
