Burberry Group plc (the "Company") - Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

The Company announces that it received notification on 1 September 2023 of the
following transaction by a Non-Executive Director.

 

On 31 August 2023, Antoine de Saint-Affrique transferred 1,100 Ordinary Shares
of 0.05p each in the Company to a nominee account, with no change to the
beneficial ownership of the shares.
