The Company announces that it has today received notification that Antoine de
Saint-Affrique Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased
2,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.05 pence each in the Company ("Shares") on Tuesday,
16 July 2024 at an aggregate price of 730.2000 pence per Share.
