Burberry Group plc (the "Company") - Board Change 
The Company announces that David Tyler, non-executive director, has decided to step down from the Board and the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees with effect from 31 December 2015.
Sir John Peace, Chairman, said:
"I would like to thank David for his immense contribution to Burberry over the years since Burberry's IPO in 2002. His expertise and judgement have been invaluable."
