Burberry Group plc - Voting Rights and Capital
 
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Burberry Group plc (the "Company") hereby notifies the market that the Company's issued share capital as at 29 June 2018 consisted of 418,288,320 ordinary shares of 0.05 pence per share, including 521,984 shares in Treasury. Treasury shares do not carry any voting rights.
 
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 417,766,336 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
