Burberry Group plc - Voting Rights and Capital
 
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Burberry Group plc (the "Company") hereby notifies the market that the Company's issued share capital as at 31 July 2018 consisted of 418,290,708 ordinary shares of 0.05 pence per share, including 3,025,439 shares in Treasury. Treasury shares do not carry any voting rights.
 
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 415,265,269 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
