** Shares in Bureau Veritas BVI.PA fall 4.5% as the upside
from FY results slightly above guidance has been already
priced-in
** Up until Monday's close, the shares rose about 7.3% over
the past two weeks
** Analysts cite peer SGS' SGSN.S results on February 11
as a price catalyst
** Bureau Veritas' "results are nothing incrementally
positive," says one of the analysts
** Jefferies sees the print "solid and guidance reassuring",
while J.P. Morgan cites "strong organic growth and FCF" - both
brokers however see any near-term upside as limited given the
stock's valuation
** The stock is heading for a biggest single-day drop since
end-Oct 2023, and sits at the bottom of France's blue-chip index
CAC 40 .FCHI , which it has recently joined
